  I love coming to Dudleys but I have found that they are often times under staffed. We normally go on the nights where it isn't so busy so we get decent service.
  
  Doesn't appear that they have any more help on Fridays than during the week. Which needs to change. I really do love the food however. The Reuben is to die for!
  
  Ps One time, a waitress had our receipts and pens in her cleavage. My girlfriend (having worked in the food industry for 6 years) was disgusted.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. I have never been to a bar that expects people to give tips but are so rude. We sat at the table with empty drinks for quite a while and then the bartender was very rude. I tried to ask what she recommended and all she said was "I don't know just order." I will never come back here and recommend that no one go here too. We stayed for about 20 minutes and I still am regretting staying that long a day later.

  Tun, don't go there!  This place has been consistently horrible!  There are two servers who do their job well and have a good attitude.  The rest are miserable, attitudes and work ethic, especially the bleach blonde bartender.  Stay away from her.  We have made numerous attempts to find something redeeming about Dudley's but there is none!  Go around the corner to Old Chicago where the food is awesome and the staff (bartenders, servers and busboys) know how to treat patrons!  They're  personable and fun!

  I have never had such bad service. We came for drinks on Friday, and only stayed for about 30 mins. We had to track a server down to get a drink. The manager told us we could not stand in the "service area" and made us move, which was attached to the bar. We asked a bartender what she recommended for drinks and she was so rude and just said "I don't know" and walked away. Obviously they did not value our business, so we ordered one drink and had to go to a different bar.

  Im not a fan of dudleys and heres why.
  
  The atmosphere to me is stressful. Its echo-y  loud and bright. You might get good service and you might not. The food might be good and then it might not. I have always loved the pizza and the chicken nachos kept my attention so.. its just that service is all over the place with consistency.
  
  they have a big screen where we usually sit and its fuzzy and out of focus. My BF being the ocd guy he is always has to sit at the same spot basically so I am forced to endure whatever game is on or just space off on something else around me.
  
  Its probably all just a personal thing with me but when we are here Im counting down the time till we leave, not a good thing.
  
  I will say people around us always seem to be having fun so it could just be a subjective thing with me. I will let you decide
